No, that’s wrong. The principles are:
1. High Volume (hit failure at 8-15 reps, do 3-5 sets)
2. Moderate intensity
3. Short rest intervals (60-90 sec)
4. Slow tempo/High T.U.T (3-0-3 tempo)
5. A frequency of 2 workouts per muscle group per week
