    I take creatine before bed….It’s three am in the mornin’
    There’s bodies layin’ all of the floor and
    I don’t remember how they got there but I guess I must of killed em

    At 72 I feel and see the difference in my workouts when I take it pre workout. Pushups are a pretty easy way to measure changes in performance. I have gone as high as 88 in a set on creatine. No where near that without. Recovery is faster as well. At my age anything that helps the brain is welcome as well. Win win.
