    1. and hcl doesn’t need to be mixed in hot water to make it dissolve, mono does. And no your stomach’s temp isn’t hot enough to dissolve it, which is only about as hot as your body temp.

  2. At 72 I feel and see the difference in my workouts when I take it pre workout. Pushups are a pretty easy way to measure changes in performance. I have gone as high as 88 in a set on creatine. No where near that without. Recovery is faster as well. At my age anything that helps the brain is welcome as well. Win win.
