Too much of anything is overwhelming and usually a big waste of time. In my 20 years experience of training I've found that sticking to the basics usually yields faster results and my clients are more likely to train HAHHHHDAH if their list of exercises for the day is short and to the point.

Hi Scott, is working out over 60 minutes lifting weights bad for gains? Or is working out for 90 to 120 minutes actually okay?

He probably tried to eliminate it when younger and now doesn’t care what others think.
@Kelley Sauer you’d be surprised how many agents of celebs tell them to hide their accents, only a handful of actors feel they’ll be who they are

Also just to add on a few exercises not for muscle building but rather for health of ur joints:
1) Face pulls
2) Banded duck walks
Im sure evryone is aware of benefits of facepulls but not no. 2. Some athletes suffer from knee related injuries such as ACL & meniscus tear, and the underlying cause is due to weak glutes. Tho the best way to strengthen glutes is via hip thrusts & squats, i would recommend banded duck walks.

3) Cable bicep curls
4) Barbell Bicep curls
5) Bicep curls with rope
6) Hammer curl
7) Preacher curl
