    1)Squat
    2)Bench Press
    3)Deadlift
    4)OHP
    5)Pull Ups
    6)Dips or Close Grip Bench
    7)Barbell Rows
    With a few isolation movements
    that’s all you need non negotiable!

    Also just to add on a few exercises not for muscle building but rather for health of ur joints:
    1) Face pulls
    2) Banded duck walks
    Im sure evryone is aware of benefits of facepulls but not no. 2. Some athletes suffer from knee related injuries such as ACL & meniscus tear, and the underlying cause is due to weak glutes. Tho the best way to strengthen glutes is via hip thrusts & squats, i would recommend banded duck walks.
