Resistance Band Workout | Upper Body (Build/Tone muscle)
Yo Everyone! Here's an insane resistance band workout (upper body).
this workout will help you build muscle and tone up depending on rep ranges.
BTW you can get a set of resistance bands for only £15 not £30!! and they last a long time!
build muscle – use a band tough enough for 8/10 reps for 4 rounds
tone up- 12/15 reps for 4 rounds
Superset 1 – Push ups and Seated Row (4 sets 2minute break in between)
Superset 2 – Standing chest press and pull downs(4 sets 2minute break in between)
Superset 3 – Bicep Curl and tricep push down (4 sets 2minute break in between)
Finisher – Low chest raises (4 sets 1minute break in between)
Should take you UNDER 30 minutes to complete and you can do this anywhere, perfect for a home workout or a hotel gym!
