Any tips on how to progress in Turkish getups with higher weights? I still can’t do a decent getup with a 16kg bell.. I need to do 8 getups to clear my exam..
Two tips: just keep doing it right and be patient. TGU is a complicated combo of different things and not to be hurried with.

Do you incorporate barbell exercises in your routine ?
10 to 20% of different phases. Sometimes stiff leg heavy deads, heavy front squats reverse bench, my “Rolling Rows ” and thats pretty much it.
