Burn Fat and Build Muscle | Full Body Workout (Intense!!)

Here’s a full body routine for someone who likes to hit every muscles group multiples times per week. I personally like full body regimens because I feel like I can hit each muscle group with a lot more volume throughout the week.

1. Dumbbell Bench Press 4×10
-superset w/ Diamond Pushups 4×10

2. Plank to Pike up 4×10 (if you don’t own sliders use some old socks)

3. Alternating Arnold Press 4×12

4. Incline Dumbbell Curl 4x’s until failure

5. Romanian Deadlift to Bent Over Row 4×12

6. Chin-ups 4×10

7. Goblet Squat 4×10
-superset w/ explosive ball slams 4×10
