Full-Body Workout: Build Muscle at Home in 5-Minutes. HIIT.

Today's FULL-BODY FRIDAY!

We used dumbbells in todays workout, however, other forms of resistance or bodyweight will still help burn those calories and build muscle. All of our movements incorporate multiple large muscle groups to ensure you leave this workout feeling toned all-over.

Our Full-Body Movements Include:
– Sumo Squat + Upright Row
– Lateral Lunge + Low Row
– Reverse Lunge + Hammer Curl
– Curl-Overhead Press + Y-Raises
– Supermans + Pushups
