  1. I’ve been planning to add the dB or BB pullovers to my workout (I only have access to free weights) but I’ve been too lazy to learn the correct way. Definitely adding it next time I reprogram my full body workout.

    1. oldGnRrocks1 I go to GoodLife and they’ve been pretty good so far giving me and most people free rein to do anything really. I get weird looks from people doing stuff like the floor presses but that just comes down to not caring and staying focused on the workout

    2. @Charles Hyland yeah, im fine with doing weird exercises like the floor press, or z press.. but i mean this circuit training specifically… cause you have to jump from one end of the gym to the other in just moments, which would involve moving all my stuff back and forth.. and i dont see how this phase workout (circuit training) can be easily done in a public gym… without either hogging everything, or losing your spot when you try to come back to it.

    3. oldGnRrocks1 when I can I try and use one rack for everything so I don’t have to move where I am. But when I can’t it just comes down to asking if you can work in with other people. I had the same worries going into this phase but didn’t have any issues actually
