The powder is gonna ensure a good amount of protein but if you aren’t vegan you can use non vegan powder, you can use spinach and an assortment of other things like raw eggs if you aren’t vegan or extra hemp seeds if you are. Other subs could be a mixture of hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, oats, peanut or any other nut butters, etc.
