  1. Do you have any citations for the claim that abstaining from mastrubation increase T levels? From what I’ve seen there isn’t any randomized controlled trials showing this.

  3. What’s a good ratio to have with simple carb and complex carbs. About half or so are simple carbs mostly white rice. Should I try to eat more complex carbs? I started eating more simple carbs to get in more calories through out the day. Anyways awesome video

  4. Nice video! I totally agree with your message, I have some gym equipment but I’m considering switching to full body workouts instead of push/pull/legs.
