To develop a truly impressive Sixpack, you will want to train from abs a whole range of perspectives. You see, the core is generally made up of four key components. Namely – the rectus abdominus (6pack / lower abs), obliques, the serratus anterior, and the transverse abdominus (inner abs).
The obliques are an absolute must when it comes to developing an aesthetic physique. If your goal is to attain the V tapered look, there’s no way around training them. The obliques are a multifunctional muscle, they act to pull the chest downwards and compress the abdominal cavity, as well as performing side bending and opposing side rotation.
The most overlooked core muscle is the serratus anterior, which is a muscle that originates on your upper rib cage and attaches all the way back in the shoulder blade. The serratus helps to frame out your abs, obliques and lower pecs. It's also pivotal for tapering in your torso and giving you an even sharper looking set of abs.
That’s why exercise variance is so important. To avoid your workouts from becoming stale it’s best to incorporate a wide range of exercises that will target every angle of your core and will also test your limits!
When it comes to your nutrition, forthose of you that are under the assumption that abs are made in the kitchen, I’ve got some news for you – that’s not exactly true. A more accurate description would be: ‘Abs are made in the gym and Revealed in the Kitchen’. While your diet is extremely important for a well defined and balanced set of abs, it is not solely responsible for them

Doing those vaccuums every day has done wonders for my abs.
How did it help? And how many times a day did you do it?
TheYEETGang Ohyeahyeah ^
It didn’t feel like it did anything for me. I must be doing them wrong then lol
Brother your workouts are really effective.
?
Melissa Black ?
I agree
What would suggest is an adequate amount of protein to shoot for when building abs or shedding fat?
We would love a 30 min workout video, and maybe a kitchen “how to” video for healthy food. Great video btw!
when is the best time in the day to do this exercises ?
can you make this video for every part of the body haha, like arms, legs, etc.
been tryna decide if i should lose the belly fat i have to help show my abs, or continue to keep bulking i am around 20% body fat rn
Unless you have massive abs, you’re really gonna need to reduce that 20% significantly to see any definition.
Does this help people who have never had abs and been trying for years? I am 5’11 207
I’ve never seen this little dislikes compared to high likes
Yeah, dislike percentage is currently only 7/10ths of one percent (~0.007)! That’s is _very_ low.
I just started IF, I’m managing an 18/6 split right now and with less trouble than I expected. I thought I was gonna be hungry constantly but I’m honestly not! Going to stick with it and see how it goes. Hopefully get this belly out the way by August/September. A vid on it would be great just so we know the specifics, there’s only you and one other channel (Tom Merrick) I listen to cos yous really know your stuff scientifically too. Thanks as always Fraser!
At what time we should the workout and how many times a day
