Yo Will I’m really trying to get on a good diet. I got the supplements down but keeping a straight affordable diet that I’m fine with is hard. Also I’ve never done meal prep before and I’m really confused about how long to prep for or how much to prep. any advice?

@Town Bizness yeah, honestly even losing 1lb whether it be water weight or no is a huge thing, besides if the comment dude keeps up the workouts daily, I can see him losing multiple pounds every month no problem.
