    Just a question, i see a lot of these kind of videos. I prefer yours because you’re just verry entertaining and you care about the taste but if you workout 2 to 3 times a week, do you need to eat less of the foods shown in these videos or is it just a good overall diet if you want to (slowly) gain muscle overtime?

    5:47 speaking about oats and breakfast, this is a great recipe I used almost everyday
    Ingredients oats, peanut butter, banana

    Cook 2 cups of oats put in a bowl, then put 2 tbsp of peanut butter on it, and a mashed banana, mixed that sucker together and that’s amazing
