fraser i found you two months ago on instagram and ever since then i have changed alot i have losy alot of weight and i have almost got a flat waist ( i was considred fat/ obese and was bullied in school) and now my mum and i do your workouts and we enjoy it it is amazing my goal is to play cricket for australia which i am going to do thanks fraser you are the best
