In this video i have shared a muscle building shake, which is very effective for who wants to gain some serious weight. 
If you have all the ingredients, it will take just 5 min to prepare. 
Easy, tasty, healthy.

06:13 weight loss tips in telugu 

For MUSCLE BUILDING

Full cream milk.       250 ml
Oats.                             40 g
Banana.                          1
Flaxseed.                        1 tbsp
Curd                                 1 cup (option)
Dates.                           4-5 peaces 
Honey.                              1 tbsp(option)

For FAT LOSS

Double toned milk.   100 ml.                   Or skimmed milk (if available)
Oats.                            30 g
Banana.                       1
Flax seeds.                  1 tbsp
Chia seeds.                  1 tbsp
Curd.                           1/2 cup (option)
Dates                            3-4 peaces
Honey.                           1 tbsp (option)
Instant coffee.             1 tsp (option)

If any buddy wants to increase the protein quality of this shake, you can add 1 scoop of whey protein to it.
Or you can add "4 raw egg whites".
