Here we go again!! Another Killer Biceps Workout At Home with Resistance Bands. Let's keep the growth coming!

Day 14 – Todays Biceps session is a play on another strategy that we have done. Instead of Pulse Negative, we will be doing pulse Positive. It is SUPER SUPER tough but it will SUPER worth it!

You can use any Resistance Bands, however for every one of these workouts we will be using Bodylastics Bands. If you have a set you will know why they are 🥇Top Rated!     I love these quick bicep workouts. I began Chiseled series 1 about nine months ago and am feeling great and looking better than ever. I do those workouts in the morning and biceps after work.
