    6 months since I’m doing this bro…needed to change my game a bit…definitely now I can control and contract my core…when I was fat and I did this…my core wasn’t active yet

    Question: I always have problems while trying to contract my core and keeping it tight while doing exercises that makes me go against gravity like push ups. Can Fraser or anyone give any tips?
