Exercises
~ push-up variation= 30 reps | 4 sets
~pike push-up = 30 reps | 4 sets
~ front raises = 30 reps | 4 sets
~ lateral side raises = 30 reps | 4 sets
~rear delt raises = 30 reps | 4 sets
~alternate plank shoulder taps = 25 reps | 4 sets
