Biceps with Back Workout / Going Hard

Warm up first before a workout. Always wear protective gear when lifting heavy. Do Quality not Quantity.
We start the workout with;
Close grip Biceps Curl
Dumbbell Curl
Concentration Curl
Lat pull down
Pull ups

No need to do a lot of different Workouts. Just do a specific workout with quality reps.
