If you’re trying to improve your health or physical ability, the chances are you didn’t create your problem overnight so you can’t possibly expect to solve it with a snap of your finger. It’s generally a slow process, but more importantly it’s a fruitful one.
Always remember that’s it’s better to go at a slow pace than no pace at all. Stagnation leads to all kinds of issues: boredom and lack of confidence to name a few. The thing we can all agree on is that we feel good when we’re accomplishing something. Don’t focus on achieving your goals overnight, that’s a recipe for disaster. Instead focus on moving yourself one inch closer to your goals, every single day.
