There are so many things that go into created a well balanced physique. But one thing that is most commonly forgotten about is what you put into your body on a daily basis. Your daily nutritional habits will be the largest contributing factor to any body compositional changes.
If there's one thing I see most people turning a blind eye towards, it's their daily diet. And for good reason. It's one of the hardest aspects to control. We are emotional, social creatures. Food ties into that very well… almost too well.
However, if you know what you are doing, you can definitely incorporate a great deal of flexibility within your diet and still make progress. You need a plan of attack within the gym AND within the kitchen. Consistency is the best thing you could begin to implement in this regard.
In order to avoid this crazy up and downs, which often leads to mediocre results, I'd recommend figuring out exactly what you consume on a daily basis. You can do this very easily through tracking your daily diet.

Totally agree that consistently eating healthy & knowing what you eat (macros, calories, food sources) really makes a big difference. And yes, the quality of foods & how they’re prepared DOES matter!

Question about the at home program. Do you tailor the home workouts for women who don’t have weights. I only have 3 sets of kettle bells. 17kg, 26kg and 35lb. Would it be mostly body weight?
