In this video, I'm going to take you all through a LOW IMPACT home workout for all fitness levels. This is a 15 min follow along workout you can complete with me anywhere. This Fat burning beginner LOW IMPACT home cardio workout will get that metabolism going folks!

LOW IMPACT cardio is always a great option when trying to lose weight(fat) and you also live in an apartment above neighbors. There will not be any jumping in this video. Everything will be smooth motions that will allow you to get the gains without annoying your neighbors. You don't necessarily have to ever step foot into a gym. However, to be effective in accomplishing your weight goals, you can use this perfect home workout paired with a few of the other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be!

This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you these LOW IMPACT exercises, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to finish! Do not give up on me!

This beginner friendly workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total body in only 15 minutes! You don't need an excessively long workout and potential for doing too much without any particular guidelines. This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

COMPLETE this 15 min workout 2-3 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 30-45 MINUTES)

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: high knees, plank skiers, burpees, rest breaks, imaginary jump ropes, mountain climbers. Just all low impact movmebets to get that heart rate up and keep it going! Lets get that work!
