    Oh man this is sad for me because i got to lose aproximately 20 kilos and this program i don’t think that will be going to help me because i am fat so do you got any challenge to lose 20 kilos in a month or 2 and i know that i have to do a really good diet so that this challenge works and if you need this information i am a good athlete i can handle almost anything.
