    Nice video man. I wish I could do all these exercises, but I am still really fat and unflexible. Have been trying so hard recently though. Going to gym every other day, and I got a meal plan from Next Level Diet. I hope I will slim down fast so I can start with calisthenics, and then start going to gym. I believe in myself, that’s the most important thing IMO.

      You will bro just keep consistent and try to go everyday and have 1 rest day even if you only go for 20mins , trust me I was overweight before and I started with 1 push-up then two then so fourth then other extercises
