This workout is focused on getting you warm, loose, and a good seat to start your day! Even on my days off, I enjoy doing something quick to get the blood pumping. It helps me relax for the rest of the day.

    Im love these new workouts more than ever, not only are they manageable for the average person, i actually feel a difference in my body. I struggled with the other workouts because they were a bit too intense for me. But this one and the new 20 min HIIT fat melter is the BOMB. ive been doing it almost everyday and I see the changes in my body.

    As long as you are not competing, not going to the gym shouldn’t be a limitation for you not to achieve your health and physique goals. Your house is enough. Just decide to start and determine to continue. You gonna be amazed by your results.
