    Been on keto for 14 weeks now. Its working. I was mad 370. Heavy heavy now I’m down to 302. But 260 is target .I like the food u have but on keto some of it I can’t have. What do u suggest ??

    I take my kitchen discipline and dedication more serious than my workout. Which is why my physique and health has been on top notch since I began this journey.
    Food workout(discipline) is a 24hr thing, while physical exercises is maximum of 2-4 hours per day. So if your food workout isn’t enough, your 2-4 hours physical exercises will definitely not give you the results you seek.
    Start taking your food serious, then watch your results skyrocket.
