▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 5kg for your reference)
▸ Round 1: 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Round 2: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Round 3: 20 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Cool Down: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
