New workout for you all!
A routine that combines exercises for both, the outer and inner thighs to make your thighs more toned. Of course also other muscles like your glutes will be targeted automatically.
You don´t need any equipment except a fitness mat and a floor to stand on, so let´s go, nothing is stopping you 🙂
