  1. How? I’m just starting out. I’ve been doing one of your 60 day books with a little dumbbell trainings I’ve been going for close to 6 weeks I will admit I didn’t workout everyday like I was supposed to. But I did as much as I could. I haven’t any noticeable increases except for my stamina. I know it takes time but I’m slowly starting to lose faith. And everyday it gets harder and harder to do and finish the workout 100% I honestly have no idea what to do or where to go. I’m just trying to stay afloat right now.
