  1. I think I get the parody. One day at a time. Not losing focus but getting better just keep moving. Kinda like MLK philosophy. “If you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but by all means keep moving.”

    1. Not like you have to completely abandon it at once, maybe just take less and less per month. Like for March, you take 75% of your current alcohol intake, then 50%, then 25%, then 10% or whatever. Keep ticking it down and down slowly so you feel comfortable. The speed at which you progress shouldn’t matter as much as whether you got there or not.

    2. ​@WinterFlare it takes alot of self control and discipline to do that.. usually not strong traits of people who got in that position
