      Not like you have to completely abandon it at once, maybe just take less and less per month. Like for March, you take 75% of your current alcohol intake, then 50%, then 25%, then 10% or whatever. Keep ticking it down and down slowly so you feel comfortable. The speed at which you progress shouldn’t matter as much as whether you got there or not.
