15 MIN LEG WORKOUT/ inner, outer thighs, quads, glutes, & hamstrings/ No Equipment full leg workout

This is the best leg workout! One of my favorites for sure 🙌
It’s enjoyable, you don’t need any equipment and you get a nice burn in your entire leg!
It’s feels almost like Pilates training but better!

Do this workout with me and let’s get strong, sexy, toned legs together!!! 🦵

This workout will work everything from your booty, inner thighs, quads and hamstrings, allllll the way down to your calves a bit!

During the workout we hold each movement for 30 seconds ⏱️ you can just follow along with me since the video is in real time! (I promise I am getting better at not wasting any seconds when we change movements 😅) no worries though, just listen for the timer and you’ll know when to change the movement!

Go at your own pace and you’ll get faster and stronger each time you do it! Try not to take breaks but if you have to just pause the video for a few seconds and then get right back into it! 🔥💪
