In this video I take you through some of my favourite Bicep exercises. This is a routine that you can try out on your arms day. 1. DB Hammer curls. 2. Barbell curls. 3. Plate curls. 4. DB Plate curls. Each exercise is 3-4 sets and between 8-12 reps. Thanks for watching!
