always do warm up first before start workout

2. curl bar bicep curl
3. incline chest press
4. dumbbell bicep curl
5. decline chest press
6. hammer curl
7. kinesis chest press
8. overhand bicep curl
9. pullover
10. preacher bicep curl
always do stretching after workout
