Hello everyone and welcome back to another workout! Today, I'm bringing you a 5 Minute Back & Biceps Workout using one pair of light dumbbells. I'm using 8-pound dumbbells, but grab the weights that suit your strength level.

We're operating in a superset style in this workout, meaning that we're performing two exercises one right after the other for 30 seconds each. Then, we'll take a 30-second rest before moving on to the next superset. In total, we have three supersets to rock through and we'll close it out with 30 seconds of a burnout exercise at the end!

Here are the exercises in today's workout:

Superset #1:
~ Back rows
~ Back flys

Superset #2:
~ Hammer curls
~ Bicep curls

Superset #3:
~ High rows
~ Cross-body curls

Burnout:
~ 30 seconds of supermen
