  1. I did the first too sets of exercises since it was my first time was a bit wobbly with knees , it was fun and I enjoyed it will do the complete thing lol

  2. Any idea what one could do using dumbells or kettle bells in order to strengthen elbow and lower back? Question from me and fellow mountain bikers who recently feel negative side effects of intense workouts with bikes in heavy terrain. Any ideas how to strengthen some muscle groups to prevent microinjures in these areas in the future?
    Injuries mostly come from having to stabilize both the bicycle handlebar as weel as the main part of the bicycle frame in very rocky terrain. So yes, lots of body balancing, sudden body twists and firm gripping of handlebar with both hands for very long time.
