Hi my beautiful family. I’m back with another workout video for you guys. If you’ve watched my other gym vlog you know that I’ve been working on being more healthy and working out consistently. Most weeks I work out 3 times. I’ve been working with a personal trainer to become more healthier both physically and with my eating habitats. This workout is mainly for legs and arms. I hope this can serve as a guide for you all that might be starting on your fitness journey or if you’ve already been working out this gives you some exercise that you can incorporate into your routine. Feel free to adjust the workout to accommodate your physical capability. Fitness should not be a goal for summer only but a lifestyle choice.
