Cables ftw
I never liked flys. The tension would be there but I couldn’t feel it working my muscles for most of the movement.
Likewise. I either felt absolutely nothing or felt something tweaky that kinda of made me feel like I was on a one way trip to snap city.

Try seated cable flies-fly press and watch your pecs grow like crazy
The machine is so much better. I really like doing it after I’ve already done a chest press machine or something, you’ll feel it

Cable flies are much better due to the tension throughout the exercise. Dumbells are only used in an emergency (all the cables are taken at the gym!)
