  1. My motivation was a girl I work with. I know I could never be with her but shes so physically attractive I just got motivated to look as good as I could and maybe get a girl like that to notice.

  2. LMAO! I thought this was about to be a deep, personal story. This is the exact reason I just started. More confidence. The more confident you are the more snatch you get. Some guys are really confident even without being in shape, I am not one of them.

    1. @dbsasuke casual snatch is overrated. do it for the core, which strengthens the mind, leading to more success, less stress, more power. then the snatch comes so easy.

  3. i do it for myself.. because i know i deserve something better, everytime i look to the mirror, i know that i’m capable to do whatever i put my mind, heart and time into, no matter what it is.. before i started working out i was feeling all kindzzz of depression and sorrow, but then i realised that i need to cut the crap, that i have to stand by my self and work on my self, to a better me, to a better life.. it’s not jst training, it’s something u cn apply on everything in ur life.. it’s a mindset…

    absofunkinlutely true, MAAAAAN, having a lean muscular/ripped body makes a hell of difference in my experience

  5. truth is almost everyone litfing weights is doing it for female appreciation…
    pretty much everything we do as men actually is for that reason.
    nothing motivates men like women !

    1. Motivation to look good for females is definitely a factor for a lot of men. However, I have always been an active person in sports and hitting the gym to get stronger was a major motivation as well.
