Are you looking to focus your energy on strengthening your inner and outer thighs, all while workout your obliques!?

These 15 minutes will work to strengthen, elongate and tone your legs, targeting your inner and outer thighs. The beauty of this "leg" workout is that you are actually building your entire core, especially your obliques the entire time! This is an action packed combo if you ask me!

If you need breaks – take them or slow the movement down! Strength develops over time so embrace the journey! if you do not have a ball, option to use a stuffed animal/pillow OR use no equipment at all!
