Today's daily home workout is a fun 15 minute no repeat bicep and tricep workout at home (no equipment + for beginners). It is a high intensity low impact training HIIT (HILIT) workout for toned arms (Biceps, triceps, & a little bit of shoulder strength too). I make real-time free online fitness classes that can be done anytime, anywhere! I post a new workout every day!       I noticed a difference after doing these workouts faithfully for six weeks. The key is the variety. Before these were available, I was doing the same old favorite workout but hit a plateau and didn’t see any improvement. You may not notice the gradual change from day to day, but then one day you’ll realize that your arms actually have shape, and that activities like biking up a hill are easier. A little bit each day makes a big difference! I hope you get hooked like I did – good for you for starting!
