Get ready to feel the burn in this Inner and Outer Thigh workout! We are working on strengthening and toning the thighs with heavier weight, controlled reps and leg exercises that are great for targeting the thighs. You could even add a resistance loop band for even more intensity! Let's gooooo!

    been obsessed with your weighted workouts recently! some vid recommendations: -more intense weighted leg workout (love static lunges, wall sits, sumo squats), -challenging full body with dumbbells, quick ab burner
