    In my opinion a good warm up and stretching then one warm up of 6-8 then a work set till failure, maybe two different exercises per body part once every 4 or five days is best for mass building !

    Couldn’t have timed this better for me. shoulder and tris have plateaued a bit and needed something new. cable press, neutral grip tri and v bar are new variations for me. thanks!
