  1. How do you keep the energy through the workout I have a problem where i lose a lot of my energy through the first sets so I cant do 10 in the last.

    1. because he promised to do so and if you really want to work out atleast make a plan out of that video and work out as soon as you can go to the gym again or even better, start at home.

    2. I’m sure he started working on this video a while ago, so he’d rather post it now and have content for his channel than keep it for another time.
