    3. @Jim Svensson Do me a favour buddy, take a before picture from your front and try to perform this or something similar from my other workouts 5 times a week for the next 6 weeks.     4. Yes maybe, but I’m not out of shape at all and no overweight what so ever being 6,5 tall (197cm) and weighing 176 pounds. I just like doing high intense training rather than going to gym or lifting weights.
