I am going to add this to my routine. I will do it after your other five minute chest workout from about eight months back.
How many times do i need to do this exercise a day and how long should I rest for
I’m doing 2 of his five minute workouts each day 5 days a week at the moment if that helps, maybe take 1 or 2 days of rest each week
I’m doing 3 of his 5 minute workouts 3 times a week plus dumbell workouts at home
i hope i survive, just mastered that other one with the negatives, wides staggers, and isometric
This so lit bro. I’ve been doing your cardio workouts for a few months now. I’ve lost a lot of fat, but now I’m more skinny fat. I’m trynna build some muscle definition. So, would it work if I did like one of your 20 minute body workouts 5 times a week? I’d also put in some shoulder and chest routines. Would that help? Anyways, love the vids bro. Keep it up!
