    This so lit bro. I’ve been doing your cardio workouts for a few months now. I’ve lost a lot of fat, but now I’m more skinny fat. I’m trynna build some muscle definition. So, would it work if I did like one of your 20 minute body workouts 5 times a week? I’d also put in some shoulder and chest routines. Would that help? Anyways, love the vids bro. Keep it up!
