Best leg workout in 10 minutes offers a variety of exercises with special guest, Connor Christian! The workout has 15 reps with a few supersets mixed in.

Here is the workout:
Stationary lunge to lunge hops/Squats to jump squats/Single-leg deadlift to single-leg hops/Eccentric leg drops/Bulgarian lunge/Bulgarian lunge reach/Prisoner jump squats/Sprinter lunge hops

Try adding sets if you have more time and can do the workout sufficiently!
