Do this deadlift variation workout for fast leg and booty gains! In this workout we'll be performing different types of deadlifts to target various muscles in our hamstrings and glutes to grow our butt's and thighs!

I'm using 10lbs throughout this whole workout, but feel free to increase or decrease the weight if needed!
