      That’s because your not used to the exercise. Do not do this exercise every day. Perform on every other day, so your body has time to recover. If your muscles are still painful, rest for more days before doing again. Eat plenty of protein to rebuild your muscles – eggs/fish/nuts etc.

      Have more frequent meals through the day, but smaller. So instead of three larger meals, have 6 smaller meals evenly spaced out through the day. Also, drink plenty of water. Water helps muscle growth, aids digestion and many other things. Aim for at least 2 litres of water a day. Some people say more. Increase your protein, this takes longer to digest and will stop you feeling hungry. Avoid all sugar, sugar makes you body produce insulin. The presence of insulin stops your body going into fat burning mode. So no cookies, soda pops, sweets, candies or alcohol if you’re serious about losing weight.
