The pump feeling (and view, of course) is really a rewarding one directly afterwards. But being tight and sore the day after has this “I did sth hard” feeling – which I rarely get when doing pump type workouts… That being said… MOUNTAIN!

damn i have been in the pump trap before. its a comfy place and highly addictive which makes it hard to escape from. it takes a conscious effort to remind yourself during a workout that there are benefits to movements which dont necessarily give you a pump
Great content thanks! I notice when I wake up in the morning I am usually flat but after some oatmeal and strawberries I fill out. Doesn’t take much carb in the morning to fill out.
I could never get much of a pump from working out my delts especially the lateral head and no DOMS but managed to build them just fine….so yeah you’re right don’t always go for that pump just work the muscle hard and it will grow.
