In this workout, we will NOT be doing squats because this exercise also activates the quads (thighs). Squats engage multiple muscle groups that includes both the glutes and the thighs. There are several ways to grow the glutes and without affecting the thighs. If this is your goal, this workout is for you! πŸ™‚
